A few years ago everyone started talking about “Almond Milk”! People began replacing regular milk with almond milk, especially when making delicious green smoothies. One day I had a conversation with my good friend @alexandriawill about the various brands almond milk on the market. She explained how easy it is to make and it only takes a few simple ingredients.
Soak one to two cups of raw almond for at least 4 to 8 hours in a mason jar.
Add 3 to 4 dates for sweetness for 16oz of almond milk.
Use a highspeed blender to blend the almonds, water, and dates.
You’ll need a bowl and nut milk bag to strain the milk after blending.
